Introduction
Qingdao Greatway Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing and exporting mechanical parts/components to the customers in the United States and Europe. The company has a manufacturing network of more than fifteen manufacturers in various fields in China to support our customers’ production. The production process ranges from custom-molded casting, stamping, forging, machining, and fabrication. The production material covers all kinds of cast iron, alloy and steel. 70% of our export is casting which includes sand casting, die casting, sintered metal casting, permanent mold casting and investment casting.

We are an exporter and manufacturer . We have ownership in some of the facilities we use and long term, successful relationships with others. The resources of large manufacturing network help us determine what is the best process and facility for specific project and achieve lowest cost possible.
What We Do
Greatway is committed to act as the customer’s Purchasing and Quality Control Division in China as we appreciate that quality and on-time delivery, other than competitive pricing, are most important in global sourcing practice. We have a team of experienced engineers engaged to our commitment with each individual having background of mechanical engineering and years of manufacturing experience. Not limited to the current production facilities, we have also formulated the internal procedure and standard to locate and qualify new manufacturers in different industries to satisfy the customer’s extending sourcing requirement in China. Our Services
- Analyzing the customer’s drawings and samples and understanding the quality requirements in depth to achieve mistake free process of sampling and production.
- Inspecting and qualifying production facilities.
- Monitoring production progress closely to ensure on-time shipment for every order. Coordinating and organizing the shipments of multiple projects for customer to simplify the transportation and save cost.
- On-site inspections during production and before shipment – 100% shipments are inspected. Performing chemical analysis and physical test on production when necessary.
- Assisting manufacturers to locate lower-cost and higher-quality production material to maintain price competitiveness and top-notch quality (Greatway has a larger network of supply and better information flow than one particular manufacturer).
- Helping customers to design new products and providing customers with suggestions to improve the product quality and lower cost with alternative production material and process (successful cases, changing fabricated parts to all-in-one casting, changing sand casting to precision casting, etc).
